World Mythology Camp

During this gentle introduction to world mythology from various regions such as Scandinavia, Central America, and Polynesia, we will learn about the history of those regions, hear some important myths, play out skits based on these myths, make some games and crafts to help learn and enjoy ourselves.

There will be some active breaks, lunch and snacks together. The official program will end at 2pm; from 2-3pm, children can play games, read books, watch a mythology-related video, and enjoy each other's company.

The camp will be led by Andrei Genzel, 11th grade. Andrei has taught this material to elementary and middle school students for two years. He loves history, geography, and mythology, as well as playing games. (Although Andrei has already taught this age group without supervision and is very responsible, because he's a minor, adult supervision will also be present just in case).

If you attended this camp in the summer, note that the material will be pretty much the same.
